1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• For “Order Only” products, the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page or communicated via email.

2. Delivery Times

• Cyprus: 1–3 business days
• Greece & EU: 5–10 business days
• Larger freight shipments may require extra time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

4. Local Pickup (Cyprus)

Available by appointment from our associated warehouse.

5. Split Shipments

Items may be shipped separately without extra cost.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If goods are damaged:
• Notify us within 24 hours.
• Provide photos.
• We will assist with replacement or claims with the courier.

C.J. KYRIMA LTD is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

7. Incorrect Address

Returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
